We stayed at Emporium hotel with Mom during 01-05th June. It was second time for my family, earlier in April my husband stayed with parents. So we came back according to their experience: - very good location (close to touristic region Sultan Ahmet, just 2 tram stops away from Aksaray bus station where airport shuttle comes every 20 minutes, Grand Bazaar across the road, 5 minutes walk from Laleli shopping district, and 2 minutes away from Eating street with turkish restaurants, fish and fast food); - clean and quiet rooms with a good conditioning system; - awesome breakfast with various types of cheese, fresh vegatables and bakery, especially loved croissant; - helpful english speaking staff who do not make you wait, always do their best carrying luggage, asked for an iron and got it in just 1 minute in front of my door, ordered a taxi which was just in time, our thanks to Kenan bey and Cengiz.

Emporium Hotel was excellent value for money. Breakfast The breakfast varied everyday and had the usual selection of items. Buffet choice had breads, cheeses and salads. Staff The staff at the hotel were really friendly and always made an effort to be helpful. Although english isn't their first language they always understood what was asked. Location The location was very good for what we wanted to do. There is a tram stop a few minutes from the hotel and you can always find a taxi. Rooms We booked a deluxe room which which had a balcony and overlooked the front of the hotel. This was ideal as there was always noise from the bustling streets from below which was part of the atmosphere

Location is excellent. Close to all the attractions. Easy access to tram station. So many shops nearby, food stand and convenience stand for Mis items, such as water, juice and others. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Also you book some local tours with hotel. hotel pick up and drop off. Very convenient. Breakfast is simple and nutritious. Enough to start a good day. Highly recommend, especially for solo female traveller.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The location is very good on the main street and we could walk to different attractions. The room size was very good we stayed in room 105. They cleaned the room and changed the toweles as we asked. The breakfast was not very varied a typical Turkish breakfast but we liked it and ate it gladly everyday. It's a very good budget hotel and you get what you pay for.

Shatha

We got a free room upgrade, so it was quite big and nice. The beds are comfy, the bathroom was also big and looked clean. We had a sea view from our room. The breakfast was fine, but there is no real coffee, just some instant powder instead. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is located right by the tramways, our room was quite, cause it was facing the other side.
